Deltona is an unusual, cosmopolitan city just 30 miles from Orlando, 20 miles from Daytona Beach and one hour from Disneyworld. The most appealing factor about Deltona is that it is a residential area rather than an industrial city. Its quiet country setting is large enough to attract important services such as banking, restaurants, hospitals and shopping yet zoned to preserve the cozy bedroom community feeling. Deltona is located far enough from the popular Florida attractions not to be affected by them on a daily basis and close enough to enjoy them when the mood strikes. Deltona is a mixed community with a very active senior population as well as a large population of growing families. Those who have chosen to relocate in the Deltona area have expressed great satisfaction in their choice. Please allow some time to look over the Deltona area when you come this way.
